We can start our tour from the Cattedrale Santa Maria Assunta e San Gottardo which is the biggest cathedral in the city.

This is a deliciously bitter and great vegetable that is used to prepare this awesome stew called Bagna Cauda and that can be found only here in Asti.
Another awesome dish you can find in this area is the Agnolotti ripieni which are big ravioli filled in with lamb meat.
The Carpionato di Zucchine is another delicious dish where the zucchini are fried and garnished with sage, mint, and garlic.
